1. Set up an account with PayPal (takes about 20 minutes).
2. Establish a credit history with PayPal otherwise you will not be able to pay by credit card. To establish a credit history, PayPal will do a 'verifed funds' transaction. You need to provide PayPal with your bank account number and PayPal will deposit a nominal amount of funds into your account. You will then transfer these funds back to PayPal using the PayPal system and PayPal will then verify your status through this process. It typically takes 8 days for PayPal to do a 'verified funds' check.
3. Understand that PayPal will charge a fee of $20 per $1000 for using PayPal.
