The day started early with a Nithya Dhyaan meditation session. After breakfast we set out of Uttarkashi for a satsang picnic.
It was an amazing spot in a heavily wooded area on the banks of the Ganges. Master sat on a rock at the edge of the water and soon the enire group was in the water. For some two hours it was fun and frolic in the Ganga with Nithya Kirtans as background and master's presence in the foreground. Just in front of where master sat was a relatively placid pool, almost a natural jacuzzi, while all around the river swirled in fury.
One could not have even visualized a more ideal setting to spend the day with the Master. No discourses, no meditation, jut being there with Him. That was more than what any one wanted.
A great picnic lunch and soon after we returned to Uttarkashi.
The evening program was arti at the banks of Ganga. Master performed puja and abhishekam to shiva Meru and Ambal followed by arti. The moment Master satrted the puja it started raining. Those of us who were sitting on the steps of this ghat actually saw the river rising by a few inches and moving faster, this despite the fact it is amavasya today and there is no scientific explanation why the river may rise.
